Animals have always been a major part of Emily's life, as has art, so as a painter, all manner of species appear on her canvasses, primarily of their own volition. Color and shape often dictate what appears, so there's no telling where the artist will be taken! Her scratchboard work is the result of a zen exercise, and as her subconscious is tapped, images can become short stories.
