Fay Senner is a mixed media artist working from her studio in Hudson, MA where she is engaged in all kinds of printing projects at Passion Print Studio. Inspired by her Grandmother’s pressed seaweed collection from the 1920’s, she began pressing fruits and vegetables then incorporating these images into various products she prints using a dye sublimation printing process and heat press. She can print on surfaces such as metal, acrylic, and fabric and offers a wide variety of products; everything from greeting cards and prints, coasters, small linen zip bags and unique one-of-a-kind jewelry pieces that are printed on natural shell material. Woven into her artwork is the inspiration gained by what can be revealed in the invisible world through the cycles, patterns and texture found in nature and the cosmos.
